Booking terms and conditions.

 

 

1. Agreement.

 

 

 By accepting these terms and conditions you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and that you accept full responsibility for all payments due and for the consequences of any actions of all persons who will use the Property during your holiday.

 

2. Booking.

 

CK. Property Management and Rentals S.C will confirm the booking on receipt of the Booking Form and a deposit of 20% of the holiday rental fee (“the Deposit”). Once received, then a contract exists between us on these terms and conditions.

3. Payment.

 

Prices indicated here are gross rental prices which include the deposit of 20%. Balance will be settled and collected via credit card, bank transfers, cash on arrival or otherwise agreed between the Renters and the Owners.

4. Cancellation.

 

The following penalties will be applied for date changes or property changes:

From 01/01 to 30/05 and  from 01/10 to 31/12

  • From the booking date and 42 days before the scheduled arrival date: 20% of the amount of the rental.

  • From 41 to 28 days before the scheduled arrival date: 35% of the amount of the rental.

  • From 27 to 14 days before  the scheduled arrival date:  45% of the amount of the rental.

  • Less than 13 days before the schedule arrival date: 60% of the amount of the rental.

  • After check in day: 100% of the total amount for the stay.

From 01/06 to 30/09

  • From the booking date and 42 days before the scheduled arrival date: 20% of the amount of the rental.

  • From 41 to 31 days before the scheduled arrival date: 50% of the amount of the rental.

  • Less than 30 days before the schedule arrival date: 100% of the amount of the rental.

If CK Property Management and Rentals S.C is able to re-book the same period, in which case we will refund your  payment (less 10% of the deposit as administration  charges ).

If the booking is cancelled by CK Property Management and Rentals, S.C , we will take care to inform you immediately of the fact and propose alternative accommodation for you of equal or higher level.

If you decide not to accept our proposal and it is not possible for the Company to provide alternative accommodation to suit your requirements, you will be refunded with the entire advanced payment.


Insurance covering cancellation of your trip is for your own security highly recommended

5. Individual Conditions.

 

When you accept these Terms and Conditions, you are  also accepting the individual policies of the property booked,  which are specified at the end of each description (Policies).

 

6. Occupation of the Property.

 

The property must not be used for any purpose other than that of a holiday rental. The number of people staying in the Property must not exceed the maximum number stated in the brochure. You and your guests must comply with any regulations or by-laws relating to the Property, or the Community in which it is located.

7. Your Obligations.

 

You must keep the Property and its contents in the same condition  as on your arrival and  pay to the owner upon written demand, any costs incurred in repairing or replacing any losses or damages to the Property or its contents, caused by your action, omission or that of any guest or animal accompanying you.

You must ensure that the Property is left in a clean and tidy condition on your departure at the end of your holiday.

8. Arrival and Departure.

 

Arrivals are at 3.00 pm and departures at 10.00 am. If you extend your stay beyond this period you may be subject to a charge for the additional days.

9. Tenancy.

 

The object involved in the transaction is leased for a limited period and solely serves for holiday rentals. The transaction is based on the lease contract, which comes into effect by sending the reservation confirmation to the tenants.

10. Complaint.

 

If you have any cause for complaint during your holiday at the Property please notify the Housekeeper who will make all reasonable efforts to assist and resolve the issue.

11. Lost Property.

 

The owner shall not be responsible for loss or damage to any of your belongings or for any injuries sustained by you or any of your guests. We recommend that you insure your belongings at your travel agency.

12. Data Protection.

 

CK. Property Management and Rentals S.C only collects and uses guest’s personal information to the extent required for performing it’s brokerage activities. The information is transmitted to the corresponding owner only in case of a successful booking transaction and is hereby expressly agreed by the guest. No personal information is disclosed to third parties.

13. Applicable law.

 

Both parties agree to the above and accept the Court House of Fuengirola in case of dispute over this contract, regardless of their place of birth, citizenship or place of residence.
